    摘要:

    目的:建立西帕依固龈液的质量标准。方法:以没食子酸为指标,采用TLC法对西帕依固龈液进行定性鉴别,采用福林酚试剂法和高效液相色潽法分别测定西帕依固龈液中总多酚和没食子酸的含量。结果:使用硅胶GF254薄层板,甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(6∶3∶1)为展开剂,以1%的三氯化铁乙醇溶液为显色剂,在薄层色谱中检出西帕依固龈液中的没食子酸。10个批次的西帕依固龈液中总多酚平均含量为9.77 mg/mL,RSD为1.58%。采用Shim-pack PREP色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%磷酸,检测波长为273 nm,西帕依固龈液中没食子酸与其他成分分离度良好。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属性强,能够有效控制西帕依固龈液的质量,为西帕依固龈液的质量标准完善提供依据和参考。

    Abstract:

    To establish quality control system of Xipayi Collutorymaxillary. Methods: The Xipayi Collutorymaxillary was identified by TLC method with gallic acid as indexe. Folin Ciocalteaut method and HPLC method were used to measure the content of total polyphenols and gallic acid in Xipayi Collutorymaxillary seperately. Results: On the silica gel GF254 thin layer plate, developed with mixture of toluene- acetic ether- formic acid(6∶3∶1)and with 1% Ferric trichloride ethanol solution as color developing agent, gallic acid was detected in the Xipayi Collutorymaxillary. Total polyphenol content of 10 batches of Xipayi Collutorymaxillary in the average was 9.77 mg/ml, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.58%. Gallic acid was separated well in Shim-pack PREP chromatographic column with isocratic elution by methanol-1% phosphoric acid and detected at wave length of 273 nm. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific,which can control the quality of Xipayi Collutorymaxillary effectively, providing basis and reference for improving the quality standard of Xipayi Collutorymaxillary.
