目的：观察熟三七粉治疗患者化疗后引起的白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：按病例入选标准选择74例白细胞减少症患者，并按随机数字法分为观察组与对照组，每组各37例。2组均使用常规化疗方案进行治疗，在此治疗基础上观察组加用熟三七粉治疗，对照组加服复方阿胶浆进行治疗。疗程为2个化疗周期。治疗结束后观察2组患者的临床疗效，每个化疗周期结束时测定2组白细胞计数。结果：观察组显效率为43.24%，对照组为27.08%，2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组总有效率为75.67%，对照组为59.46%，2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周期后，观察组与对照组比较，白细胞数有显著提升，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周期后，观察组患者白细胞数较治疗前有明显的增加，并具统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组与治疗前白细胞数下降明显，观察组患者白细胞数亦有显著增加，并具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：熟三七粉对患者化疗后引起的白细胞减少症有显著的改善作用，值得在临床推广应用。

English Summary:

To observe clinical curative effect of steamed panax notoginsengfor treating leukopenia after chemoradiotherapy. Methods: A total of 74 leukopenia patients were randomly divided into observational group and control group. After chemoradiotherapy, the observational group was treated with steamed notoginseng powder, the control group were treated with compound e-jiao syrup. The course of treatment was 2 chemotherapy cycle. We compared the clinical effect and WBC of these two groups. Results: The total effective rate of observational group was 75.67, higher than 59.46% of control group. The white blood cell count of observational group was significantly different before and after therapy, and there was a significant difference of WBC between these two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Using steamed panax notoginseng powder on patients afterchemotherapy to treat leukopenia is applicable in clinical use.
