| 胃食管反流病的发病与肝脾密切相关,调肝理脾理论在指导中医对胃食管反流病的认识、治疗中发挥着重要作用。文章从调肝理脾理论的理论渊源,在胃食管反流病病因病机、临床治疗、基础研究等方面的运用进行论述,指出存在的问题,促进调肝理脾理论在临床的应用,以提高疗效。 |

| Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is closely related to liver and spleen. The theory of regulating liver and spleen plays an important role in studying and treating GERD by traditional Chinese medicine. This article discussed the origin of the regulating liver and spleen theory as well as its applications in the study of etiology and pathogenesis of GERD, clinical treatment and fundamental research. It pointed out the existing issues and expected to promote the application of the theory in clinical treatment and enhance the effectiveness. |
