| 目的：腹腔镜联合五子衍宗丸加桂枝茯苓丸治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效观察。方法：把70例精索静脉曲张的患者分成单纯腹腔镜手术组35例，联合治疗组35例（手术后服用五子衍宗丸加桂枝茯苓胶囊3个月），2组治疗前和治疗后6个月分别查精液常规，治疗前后检查结果进行比较。随访配偶怀孕情况。结果：手术后2组患者精子总数均增加，活动率有升高，正常形态精子率有明显改善，联合治疗组的精子密度、精子活率、精子活力（a+b)及正常形态精子较单纯手术组有明显改善，2组之间差异有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜联合五子衍宗丸加桂枝茯苓胶囊可以明显改善精索静脉曲张。 |

| To observe the curative effect of Wuzi Yanzong Wan and Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with laparoscope in the treatment of varicocele patients. Methods: A total of 70 cases of varicocele patients were divided into laparoscopic operation group and comprehensive treatment group (which took Wuzi Yanzong Wan and Guizhi Fuling Wan for 3 months after laparoscopic operation), with 35 cases in each group. Besides, semen routine testes were given to both groups before and after treatment in 6 months. Follow-up investigation focused on pregnancy situation. Results: The results show that the sperm quantity, semen activity and normal sperm morphology rate had improved obviously in patients of both groups. Moreover, semen density, semen survival rate, semen activity and normal morphology sperm of the comprehensive treatment group appear notable difference to the control group, with P<0.05. Conclusion: Combination of Wuzi Yanzong Wan and Guizhi Fuling capsule with laparoscope can significantly improve the condition of varicocele in infertile men. |
