Abstract:Under the influence of a family composed of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) generations, professor Wu Chengyu have read and studied a wide range of TCM classics. On this basis, doctor Wu put forward a syndrome differentiation system based on five zang-organs, which regards five zang-organs as the core resources of disease and to classify and determine syndromes according to the nature of disease. Professor Wu has established a model to identify heart disease on the foundation of fuzz math and a database regarding the correlation of heart, tougue and pulse conditions. After theoretical demonstration and clinical experiment, experts believed that professor Wu’s work provide an assistance in the standardization research of diseases and the application of big data in TCM.
