| 清代医家黄元御崇阳重土,土枢四象,一气周流的学术思想在历代医家中别具一格。本文试从黄氏对伤寒学派,易水学派,河间学派,温病学派以及火神派的批判以及影响进行研究,以证其学术特色以及贡献。黄氏立伤寒内因传病论,以气化解六经;以六经辨温病,慎用寒凉,痛批滋阴;上承易水学派重土学说,下开火神学派崇阳先河。对后学继承创新颇有指导。 |

| The academic thought of the physicians of Huang Yuanyu in Qing Dynasty is unique among ancient physicians, because he attached high importance to yang and earth.This paper clarified the critical thinking of Huang on various schools of clinical thoughts, eg. Shanghan school, Yishui school, Hejian school,warm disease school, Huoshen school, in a way to demonstrate his academic characteristics and contributions. Huang Yuanyu established the theory of Febrile Disease internal reason changes, and explained six meridian with qi transformation. He differentiated warm disease by six meridians, used cold nature herbs carefully, and criticized Ziyin school harshly. He not only inherited Yishui school, but also founded of Huoshen school, becoming a role model of inheritance and innovation. |
