目的:建立杏桔合剂中桔梗皂苷D的含量测定方法,为杏桔合剂的质量控制提供量化参考。方法:采用HPLC方法测定桔梗皂苷D的含量。结果:桔梗皂苷D在0.5~8 μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:y=238632x+10382,r=0.9997,加样回收率93.64%,RSD=1.54%。结论:应用HPLC测定杏桔合剂中桔梗皂苷D含量的方法可行,可以作为其质量控制的参考依据。 |

To establish content determination method of platycodin D in apricot orange mixture so as to provide quantitative information for quality control of apricot orange mixture.Methods:HPLC was used to determine contents of platycodin D.Results:Platycodin D in the range 0.5 ~ 8ug had good linear relationship, and the regression equation was: y=238632x +10382, r=0.9997, recovery was 93.64%, RSD=1.54%.Conclusion:The method of HPLC to determine Platycodin D in apricot orange mixture is feasible, and it can be used as a reference for its quality control. |
