| 目的:评价中药辅助治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒(Diabetic Ketoacidosis,DKA)的有效性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed、Embase、SCI、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、传统中医学文献分析和检索系统(TCMLARS)、联合与补充医学数据库(AMED),同时手工检索相关专业期刊,纳入相关的随机对照试验。由2名评价者独立提取资料后进行质量评价,并采用RevMan 5.2软件进行分析。结果以平均差(MD)、相对危险系数(RR)及其95%置信区间(CI)表示。结果:共纳入14项RCTs研究,523例患者。Meta分析结果显示,在酮症酸中毒转阴时间、血糖恢复时间和酸中毒纠正时间方面,常规DKA治疗+中药组均明显短于常规DKA治疗组(MD=-9.65,95%CI为-12.95~-6.34,P<0.000 01;MD=-4.21,95%CI为-4.55~-3.87,P<0.000 01;MD=-9.95,95%CI为-11.07~-8.82,P<0.000 01);在有效率方面,常规DKA治疗+中药组均明显高于常规DKA治疗组(RR=1.21,95%CI为1.14~1.27,P<0.000 01)。结论:中药在辅助治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒方面有积极作用。 |

| To evaluate the adjuvant therapeutic effect of Chinese traditional medicine for diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Chinese traditional medicine adjuvant therapy were retrieved from the Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBase, Medline,SCI, CNKI, CBM，VIP TCMLARS and AMED databases. We also searched relevant journals by hand. Data were extracted and the quality of literatures were evaluated by two independent reviewers and analyzed by software RevMan 5.2 which provided by the Cochrane Collaboration.Results:A total of 14 studies and 523 patients were included. Meta analysis results showed that in turn ketoacidosis, blood sugar recovery time and acidosis correction time, regular DKA treatment + Chinese medicine group were significantly shorter the conventional DKA treatment group (MD=-9.65,95% CI-12.95～-6.34，P<0.00001；MD=-4.21,95% CI-4.55～-3.87，P<0.00001；MD=-9.95,95% CI-11.07～-8.82，P<0.00001).On response rate, conventional DKA treatment + Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than that of conventional DKA treatment group (RR=1.21,95%CI为1.14～1.27，P<0.00001).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect in adjuvant treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis. |
