| 黄褐斑是常见于中青年女性的面部损容性皮肤病，中医学认为此病的发生多与肝郁、气滞、肾虚、血瘀有关。针刺治疗黄褐斑疗效显著，应用广泛，针刺手段多样，方法灵活，研究分析近年来针刺治疗黄褐斑的文献报道发现如下特点：不同针刺部位的结合；不同针刺方法的应用；局部取穴与辨证取穴结合；外治与内治结合。各种手段综合运用，不仅丰富了针刺治疗黄褐斑的临床实践经验，而且为黄褐斑的治疗提供了多技术支持和广阔的思路。 |
| English Summary: |
| Chloasma, which is very common in young and middle-aged women, is a facial damage of capacitive skin disease. TCM science holds that the occurrence of the disease is associated with liver depression and qi stagnation, kidney empty, blood stasis. The curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma is distinct, and this technology is widely used. After studying the literature reported in recent years, the following characteristics of acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma is found: the combination of different acupuncture parts; application of different acupuncture methods; the combination of local point selection and differentiation acupoints; internal treatment combined with external treatment. The comprehensive use of various means, not only enriches the clinical practice experience of acupuncture treating chloasma, but also provides technical support and wide approach for the treatment of chloasma. |
