| 功能性腹泻是下消化道的常见疾病，其发病机制不明确，现代医学治疗功能性腹泻主要以对症止泻治疗为主，中医药治疗功能性腹泻有明显的优势，文章从功能性腹泻的发病机制、现代医学治疗、中医药治疗的疗效、药理学研究以及机制探讨方面综合论述了功能性腹泻目前的研究进展。 |

| Functional diarrhea is a common disease of the lower digestive tract, and its pathogenesis is still unclear. Western medicine mainly treats symptoms, therefore Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has obvious advantages over western medicine. In this paper, we comprehensively discuss the present progress in research of TCM treatment of functional diarrhea, including pathogenesis of functional diarrhea, western medicine treatment, curative effect of TCM treatment, pharmacology, and mechanism. |
