| 目的：观察益肺胶囊对COPD稳定期疗效及其对外周血SIRT1蛋白的影响。方法：将本院70例COPD稳定期患者纳入研究，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各35例，对照组接受COPD常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上口服益肺胶囊，均接受为期3个月的治疗，疗程结束后比较肺功能变化、生活质量以及SIRT1蛋白的变化。结果：1）治疗后2组肺功能及生活质量有明显提高(P<0.05)，其中治疗组提高的更为明显(P<0.05)。2）治疗后2组患者外周血单核细胞的SIRT1蛋白均有所增加(P<0.05)，其中治疗组增加的幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论：益肺胶囊可以减缓COPD病情进展，提高患者生活质量，其可能与增加外周血SIRT1含量有关。 |

| To observe curative effect of Yifei Capsule in stable phase of COPD and the impact on the expression of SIRT1 protein in the peripheral blood. Methods:A total of 70 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n=35)and observation group (n=35). Routine COPD treatment was given to the control group, and Yifei Capsule was given to the observation group aside from the conventional treatment. The treatment lasts for three months, and after the treatment term, pulmonary function changes, changes in quality of life and change of SIRT1 protein during the follow-up period were recorded. Results:1) After treatment, lung function and quality of life of both groups have improved significantly (P<0.05).This is more obvious in the observation group.(P<0.05); 2) After treatment, both groups showed an increase of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of SIRT1 protein(P<0.05),and this is more significant in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yifei Capsule can slow down the progression of COPD, which may be associated with the increase in regulation of SIRT1 protein in the peripheral blood. |
