| 中药作为世界传统医学的重要组成部分，以其疗效独特、不良反应少、来源丰富等特点受到世界的青睐，然而，近年来国内外经常发生中药饮片重金属及有害元素超标的事件，严重影响了中药的名誉和信誉。针对上述问题，作者总结了影响中药重金属及有害元素污染的内外因素，并提出其解决措施，予期为中药饮片中重金属及有害元素的研究和防控提供参考。 |

| As an important part of traditional medicine in the world, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is favored by the world with its unique efficacy, low toxicity and extensive resources. However, in recent years, the heavy metals or harmful elements in Chinese herbal pieces have been detected in China and abroad, which seriously affected the reputation and credibility of traditional Chinese medicine. Accordingly, this article summarized the influence factors of heavy metals and harmful elements of TCM and proposed solutions, expecting to provide reference for the related researches and management of Chinese herbal pieces. |
