| 目的：探讨采用红花如意丸配合穴位埋线治疗月经不调的临床疗效及其安全性评价。方法：选择本院妇科2012年6月至2014年12月收治的120例月经不调患者作为观察对象，随机分为2组，每组各60例；对照组给予雌激素、孕激素周期疗法治疗；治疗组采用红花如意丸配合穴位埋线治疗，1个月为1疗程，均于2个疗程后评价2组治疗效果差异、血清性激素（FSH、LH、E2）水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组的有效率为88.1%，明显高于对照组的有效率74.6%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且在外周血清性激素水平调整方面：治疗后2组的外周血清FSH水平均有不同程度下降(均P<0.05)，而治疗组下降更为显著(P<0.01)，差异具有统计学意义;血清E2水平均有不同程度升高(均P<0.05)，其中治疗组下降更为显著(P<0.01)，差异有统计学意义；而2组的血清LH水平升高均不明显（P>0.05），差异无统计学意义。2组均未见到明显的不良反应发生。结论：采用穴位埋线配合红花如意丸治疗月经不调较使用雌、孕激素周期疗法疗效满意，安全性高，依从性好，值得临床推广应用。 |

| To investigate the clinical effect of Honghua Ruyi pill with catgut embedding therapy in treating irregular menstruation and its safety evaluation. Methods： To select 120 cases of patients with irregular menstruation who came to the gynecological department in our hospital between June 2012—2014 December and then randomly divided them into two groups with 60 cases in each. The control group was given estrogen and progesterone cycle therapy and the observation group was treated with Honghua Ruyi pill with catgut embedding therapy. The treatment course was one month and the treatment went on for 2 courses. After treatment， curative effect， serum sex hormones(FSH， LH， E2)levels and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 88.1%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.6%)， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the aspect of peripheral serum hormone levels： after treatment， both of the peripheral serum FSH levels in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05)， while the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.01)with a statistically significant difference. In both of the two groups， serum E2 levels increased in varying degrees(all P<0.05)， which was observed more significantly in the observation group(P<0.01)， and the difference was statistically significant. While in terms of serum LH levels(P>0.05)， there are no significant change on both of the groups and the difference was not statistically significant. Adverse reactions have not been seen in both of the two groups. Conclusion： The effect of catgut embedding therapy combined with Honghua Ruyi pill was more significant that hormone therapy， and it is of high safety value and good compliance. It should be promoted to the market. |
