| 流行性感冒是人类面临的主要公共健康问题之一，针对流感，西医学除了早期给予抗病毒药物和对症支持治疗外，没有更好的办法。古代中医学在流感防治中曾积累了大量的经验，值得我们借鉴。但由于中西医学病名诊断的不同，导致了古代很多经验不能直接拿来使用。本文基于传统中医外感病辨治理论，探讨了流感的中医属性问题，希望能促进古代中医外感病辨治经验在流感防治中的灵活运用。 |

| Influenza is one of the major public health diseases that human beings are facing, and there is no better way to treat influenza except western medicines antiviral and symptomatic treatment. Ancient Chinese medicine has accumulated a lot of experience in the prevention and control of influenza, which deserves our reference. However, due to the different diagnosis of Chinese and western medicine, plenty of ancient experience of cannot be directly used. Based on traditional syndrome differentiation theory of external contraction in TCM, this article discussed the attribute of influenza in Chinese medicine, hoping to promote the flexible application of ancient TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of external contraction in the prevention and treatment of influenza. |
