| 目的：观察益气养阴、活血通络法对早期糖尿病肾病（Diabetic Nephropathy，DN)的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的DN患者58例，随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组（29例），2组均予饮食控制、降糖等基础治疗，同时口服福辛普利10 mg，1次/d；治疗组在此基础上予以益气养阴、活血通络的中药，疗程为12周。对患者的尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、肾功能疗效、中医证候疗效、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)等进行评价。结果：2组肾功能疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为82.76%，对照组总有效率为62.07%。中医证候疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为86.21%，对照组总有效率为58.62%。治疗组在降低患者的尿微量白蛋白排泄率和改善中医临床症状方面明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。整个试验过程中未出现任何不良反应及毒副作用。结论：益气养阴，活血通络法是防治早期糖尿病肾病的有效治法。 |

| To observe the therapeutic effects of replenishing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and dredging collaterals on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: A total of 58 DN patients conforming to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group (29 patients) and control group (29 patients). Besides the routine therapy including controlling diet，lowing blood glucose and orally taking fosinopril, 10 mg daily, the treatment group was given Chinese medicine of replenishing qi and nourishing yin，activating blood and dredging collaterals for 12 weeks. The changes in UAER, curative effect of renal function, TCM syndrome score and Ccr were observed in the patients. Results: Curative effect of renal function comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.76% and that of control group was 62.07%. Syndromes curative effect comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21% and that of control group was 58.62%. The effect of treatment group was better than the control group in lowing UAER and improving Chinese medicine Syndromes, the difference was significant（P<0.05）. There were no obvious side effects found during the treatment. Conclusion: The method of replenishing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and dredging collaterals showed better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of early DN. |
