| 目的：观察天葛定眩颗粒对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法：纳入53例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者，给予天葛定眩颗粒治疗2周，通过治疗前后中医症状分值量表、欧洲眩晕量表及国际DHI眩晕障碍量表分值比较，明确该方的临床疗效。结果：治疗前后中医症状分值、欧洲眩晕量表及DHI眩晕障碍量表分值比较有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：天葛定眩颗粒可明显改善患者眩晕症状，减少发作频率及眩晕程度，提高患者的生活质量。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianege Dingxuan Granules on treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency type vertigo. Methods:According to the inclusion criterion, patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency type vertigo were collected and given oral treatment of Tianege Dingxuan Granules 14d. TCM Symptom Score Scale, European Vertigo Scale and International DHI Vertigo Disorder Scale were chosen to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tianege Dingxuan Granules. Results:Comparing the score of TCM Symptom Score Scale, European Vertigo Scale and International DHI Vertigo Disorder Scale, it was found that there were significant differences between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion:Tianege Dingxuan Granules could obviously improve the symptoms, reduce seizure frequency, relieve vertigo and improve the life quality of patients. |
