| 为厘清陈士铎肝脏象理论的理论框架，文章从理论结构的角度分析其肝脏象理论的基本范式、构成方法和应用模式。结论认为，从框架的角度分析陈士铎的肝脏象理论，发现陈士铎是在理学《太极图说》的影响下构建了肝脏象理论的核心新范式，即“命门——水、火”范式。通过阐述新的生克关系，强化了肝为中心的肝脏象理论框架。并在此基础上提出了新的肝虚的诊治思路，即“补肾水”与“补其肝中之水”。为此，陈士铎对肝脏象理论的发展，可以被认为是在宋明理学的影响下的一次“范式革命”。厘清了这一点，无论是对陈士铎的医学思想研究，还是对肝脏象理论、中医脏象理论的研究、现代肝脏象理论、中医脏象理论和中医理论的构建都有积极的意义。 |

| This paper analyzed the theoretical structure of Chen Shiduo’s theory of organ manifestations from its basic theory, composition and application. It can be concluded that Chen theory was highly influenced by Taiji Tushuo, and it provides a new theory of organ manifestations, which is “life-gate——water and fire”. By putting forward a new generation-restriction relationship, it forms a theory which surrounded liver. Moreover, it offers new methods in the diagnosis and treatment of liver deficiency, which is “tonifying kidney water” and “tonyfying liver water”. Therefore, Chen’s theory could be seen as a revolution under the impact of philosophy of Song and Ming dynasties. This paper will further assist in the research of Chen Shiduo theories, theory of organ manifestations past and present, and TCM theories regarding liver. |
