目的：观察方氏头针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组采用方氏头针治疗，对照组采用传统电针法治疗，针刺为1次/d，每星期治疗5次，10次为1个疗程，1个疗程后，每周复诊2次，共治疗1个月。观察2组临床疗效；治疗前后2组疼痛指数（PRI）积分差值比较，目测类比疼痛评分法（VAS）,现在疼痛状况（PPI）。结果：方氏头针与传统电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效相当（P>0.05），但方氏头针平均治疗时间比对照组短（P<0.01），另外PRI感觉分、PR情绪分、PRI总分、VAS、PPI方氏头针组镇痛效果优于传统电针组。结论：方氏头针组治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著。

English Summary:

To observe the clinical efficacy of Fangshi scalp acupuncture for treating nerve root type of cervical spondylosis. Methods: Sixty cases with celvical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups——a treatment group 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group received Fangshi scalp acupuncture and the control group with conventional electroacupuncture method. Both groups were performed one time/day, 5 times/week. Two week as a course, and a review of case was given after every two courses. The treatment lasted for a month. To observe the clinical efficacy, pain index (PRI), visual analogue pain score (VAS), and pain condition (PPI) of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group without statistical difference(P>0.05). However, treatment duration of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group with a significant difference(P<0.01). In addition, the treatment group performed better than the control group in the aspects of PRI feeling points, PRI emotion points PRI score, VAS, and PPI. Conclusion: Fangshi scalp acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on celvical spondylotic radiculopathy.
