| 目的:探讨龙牡壮骨颗粒对厌食症患儿末梢血微量元素含量的影响。方法:随机选择40例厌食患儿给予龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗2个月，观察服药前后食欲、食量及末梢血微量元素钙、铁、锌的变化。结果:厌食患儿临床治愈22例，有效15例，无效3例，总有效率92.5%，末梢血微量元素锌、钙含量较治疗前明显提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:龙牡壮骨颗粒能有效改善厌食患儿食欲、食量，提高患儿末梢血微量元素锌、钙含量，对小儿厌食症具有较好的临床疗效。 |

| To explore the effect of Longmu Zhuanggu granule on the contents of trace elements in peripheral blood of children suffering from anorexia. Methods:Forty anorexia children were randomly selected and treated with Longmu Zhuanggu granule for two months. The changes of appetite, food intake and trace elements such as calcium, iron and zinc in peripheral blood were observed before and after medication. Results:Twenty two cases out of forty were significantly cured, 15 cases improved, 3 cases had no change, and the total efficacy was 92.5%. The contents of trace elements zinc and calcium in peripheral blood were improved obviously, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.01). Conclusion:Longmu Zhuanggu granule can effectively improve appetite as well as food intake of children. Besides, it can increase the contents of trace elements zinc and calcium in peripheral blood. It has sound clinical curative effect on children anorexia. |
