| 为了探讨龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗小儿虚汗的中医理论依据，本文从索证求因，审机立法及方承有绪，配伍增效的两个方面进行浅论。虚汗的产生多与脾胃肺心肾脏腑虚损相关，其主要病机为脾肺气虚，或气阴两虚，卫表不固。龙牡壮骨颗粒系四君子汤、生脉散、牡蛎散等方加减而成，所用中药主要入脾胃肺肾心经，补脾肺，益心肾以治本，收涩止汗以治标，以达健脾和胃，壮骨止汗之效。 |

| To probe into the theory basis in Traditional Chinese Medicine of Longmu Zhuanggu granules treating sweating syndrome of deficiency type in Children.The thesis initially discussed how to decide therapeutic methods of seeking pathogenesis from syndrome，and to increase therapeutic effect of matching herbs from classic formulas from two aspects about sweating syndrome of deficiency type in Children.The sweating associated with lung，heart，kidney，spleen and stomach.Its main pathogenesis is failure of superficial-qi to protect the body due to insufficiency of the lung and the spleen Qi，or deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Longmu Zhuanggu granules is modified by Si Junzi Tang，Shengmai San，Muli San,ect.Its channel tropism of main herbs is lung，heart，kidney，spleen and stomach.It can show a better therapeutic effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach，and strengthening the bone，tendon and muscle and antiperspirants by means of treating the origin of invigorating the spleen and lung，tonifying the heart and kidney，and the superficiality of arresting of secretion and control of sweating. |
