| 糖尿病属中医“消渴病”范畴，“消渴”首载于《素问·奇病论》，中国历代医家经过千年的医学实践对于消渴病有着独特的见解。张仲景在《金匮要略》中立专篇论消渴病，对其主症及辨治的解析较《黄帝内经》，更为详细全面，并首创温肾治消渴。其所载的治疗消渴病的主方，内容精湛，疗效显著，被后世广泛运用。文章通过对《金匮要略》消渴病篇的体会，对消渴病的辨治进行简要阐述。 |

| Diabetes falls into the category of wasting-thirst disease in TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine). “Wasting-thirst disease was firstly recorded in “Suwen·Qibing Lun”. TCM practitioners in ancient China has accumulated various experience in treating Wasting-thirst disease. Zhang Zhongjing describes the differentiation and treatment of this disease in detail in the Golden Chamber, which is more comprehensive than Nei Jing. He also put forward that this disease should be treated from warming kidney. The main prescription to treat the disease is concise and comprehensive, with favorable curative effect, and has been widely accepted from generation to generation. This article aims to share the views of author in reading the Golden Chamber, and illustrate the differentiation of this disease. |
