| 随着人民生活质量的提高，食品种类的丰富，高尿酸血症以及痛风病发病率呈逐年增长趋势。研究发现本病与高血压、高脂血症、冠心病、脑卒中、糖尿病等疾病发生率密切相关，严重影响着人民身体健康。西药治疗虽有效，但会产生不良反应，在临床应用方面受到诸多的限制。而中医药治疗痛风疗效明确，方法多种多样，且无不良反应，显示出了中医药在治疗本病方面的特色和优势，并且受到人们越来越多的关注。近年来，中医药治疗本病取得一定的进展，积累了大量的经验。本文就中医药治疗痛风的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Hyperuricemia and gout increased year by year. Plenty of researches showed that gout was closely related to hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other diseases. People’s health was seriously impacted by gout. Western medicine was effective, however, it still has untoward effects on liver and kidney. Therefore, western medicine is not suitable for widely use in clinical practice. On the other hand, Chinese medicine had exact effectiveness and lots of methods, without side effects and reflecting the advantages and characteristics of Chinese medicine. It has merited more and more attention. In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment made some progresses and accumulated a great deal of experience. This paper reviewed the researches on gout over the past years. |
