      目的:观察PCI术前后使用丹红注射液的患者左室心肌运动的情况,初步评价丹红注射液对PCI术后心肌运动的影响。方法:选取2012年5月至2012年12月在首都医科大学附属北京中医医院心血管内科住院接受PCI治疗的不稳定性心绞痛患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为丹红组(常规药物治疗+丹红注射液)58例,对照组(常规药物治疗组)40例。采用速度向量成像技术定量分析2组术前、术后缺血心肌节段与非缺血心肌节段纵向和径向的心肌速度图像收缩期正相波最大值(Vs),应变图像收缩期正、负相波最大值(S),应变率图像收缩期正、负相波最大值(SR)。结果:缺血组各节段纵向收缩期Ve、ε及εR较非缺血节段均减低,缺血组心肌纤维的变形能力较非缺血组下降;PCI术后丹红组与对照组比较,纵向节段收缩期Ve、ε及εR均较对照组改善,结论:提示丹红注射液具有一定PCI围手术期抗心肌缺血,改善心功能的作用;应用VVI技术有着传统超声心动无法企及的优势。
English Summary:
      Using the Velocity Vector Imaging(VVI) technology to explore the impact of Danhong injection on patients’ ischemic myocardium after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI). Methods: To select 98 unstable angina patients in Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during May 2012 to December 2012, and then randomly divide them into two groups, with 58 patients in Danhong injection group(with conventional medical treatment and Danhong injection) and 40 patients in the control group(with conventional medical treatment). Use VII technique to analyze the following data in two groups before and after PCI treatment: longitudinal and radial velocity image myocardial systolic wave maximum positive value (Vs), Systolic strain image maximum positive and negative wave value (S), Systolic strain ratio image maximum positive and negative wave value (SR) in Ischemic myocardial segments and non-Ischemic myocardial segments. Results: The systolic longitudinal section Ve, ε and εR in ischemic group are lower than those of non-ischemic group. Deformability of myocardial fibers in ischemic group decreased more than that of non-ischemic group. Conclusion: Danhong injection can relive ischemia of myocardial muscles during operations and can improve heart function. Besides, the application of VVI has a greater advantage than conventional echocardiography technology.
