| 目的:追溯历节这一病名概念的由来及其认知机制。方法:运用认知语言学的概念整合理论,分析历节病背后的心理空间映射和概念整合过程。结果:基于历节病的游走性的关节疼痛及关节变形等表现与风的特性、竹节的形态等具有的相似性,古代医家将自然界与人体2个认知框架的输入空间相映射,于合成空间整合出一个高度概括其临床表现的历节概念。结论:中医对大多数疾病的命名是依据其临床表现,通过自然界和人体2个输入空间的映射和有序的整合过程,在合成空间内完成了病名的整合。 |

| To trace the original concept of Lijie and its cognitive mechanism.Methods:mental space mapping and conceptual blending process related to Lijie disease were analyzed by conceptual blending theory of cognitive linguistics.Results:Based on the similarities between characteristics of migratory arthralgia and joint deformity of Lijie disease and nature of wind and bamboo joint, ancient physicians mutually integrated the nature with human with certain relations and connections and Lijie concept were accomplished in the blending space.Conclusion:Through the mapping and orderly blending process between two input spaces of the nature and the human, most diseases of traditional Chinese medicine were named in the blending space according to its clinical manifestations. |
