| 目的：观察小儿化毒散治疗小儿口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年5月至2015年12月间诊治的小儿口腔溃疡患者78例，采取小儿化毒散治疗，同时设78例对照组，采用口腔喷雾剂局部喷涂患处，2组均口服复合维生素及对症处理。结果：治疗组总有效率为100%，对照组总有效率为75.7%。治疗组的止痛时间、治愈时间更短，P<0.05。结论：小儿化毒散具有治愈时间短、镇痛效果好的优点。 |

| To observe Children Huadu powder’s clinical curative effect for the treatment of pediatric dental ulcer.Methods:Total 78 patients with infantile oral ulcer during May, 2013 to December, 2015 were chosen and given Children Huadu powder topical treatment. And another 78 cases were set as the control group, receiving local lint spraying mouth spray treatment. In addition, both of the two groups were given oral compound vitamin and symptomatic treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, while control group 75.7%. And cure time and analgesic time of the treatment group is shorter.Conclusion:Children Huadu powder has advantages of short cure time with better analgesic effect. |
