| 目的：观察小金胶囊配合优甲乐治疗甲状腺功能功能正常的甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法：189例甲状腺功能正常的甲状腺结节病例，分成优甲乐组（A组64例）、小金胶囊组（B组65例）和联合组（C组60例），分别治疗6个月，比较3组的治疗疗效及其不良反应。结果：小金胶囊联合优甲乐组总有效率高于单用优甲乐或小金胶囊治疗组(P<0.05)，且3组患者均无明显的不良反应发生。结论：小金胶囊联合优甲乐治疗甲状腺功能正常的甲状腺结节，疗效明显优于单用优甲乐或小金胶囊，且无明显不良反应。 |

| To observe the clinical effects and safety of three methods, namely Xiaojin Capsule, Euthyrox, and Euthyrox combined with Xiaojin Capsule on the treatment of thyroid nodule. Methods:A hundred and eighty-nine patients with thyroid nodule and normal thyroid function were randomly divided into three groups, namely group A, group B and group C, which were respectively treated with Euthyrox, Xiaojin Capsule and Euthyrox combined with Xiao Jin Capsule. Curative effects and adverse reactions of all the groups after 6-month treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rates of group C was highest, compared with group A and group B ( P<0.05)， however, there was no significant difference in adverse reaction among the three groups. Conclusion:Xiaojin Capsule combined with Euthyrox may be effective for thyroid nodule and with no obvious side effect. |
