| 目的：观察100例经凉血解毒法治疗湿热瘀毒证型重型乙型肝炎的转归,评价相关实验室指标与疾病的关系。方法：100例湿热瘀毒证型重型乙型肝炎患者均在西医一般治疗基础上，予清肝解毒注射液静滴、大黄水煎液灌肠。观察治疗前后患者实验室指标变化情况。结果：治疗后患者症状和体征改善，血常规、电解质、白蛋白（ALB）、肾功能、白介素-2（IL-2）无明显变化（P>0.05）；丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(DBiL)、血氨（NH3）、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤转化因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)降低，凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、白介素-10（IL-10）升高，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。100例入组患者总有效率为55.0%。结论：凉血解毒法对湿热瘀毒证型重型乙型肝炎安全有效，密切监测实验室指标有助于提高重型乙型肝炎的诊治。 |

| To evaluate the clinical effects of cooling blood and removing blood toxin method in treating chronic severe hepatitis B patients with the type of heat-dampness, stasis and toxin.Methods:A hundred patients with severe hepatitis B were treated with cooling blood and removing blood toxin method.Results:Patients with symptoms and signs improved after treatment. There was no significant difference in blood routine test results, electrolytes, renal function, albumin (ALB), interleukin-2 (IL-2) (P>0.05). ALT, AST, DBiL, TBiL, GGT, NH3, hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-8 were decreased compared with those before the treatment with statistically significance (P<0.01;P<0.05), while PTA and IL-10 were increased compared with those before the treatment (P<0.05) without any significant difference (P>0.05).The total effective rate was 55.0%.Conclusion:Cooling blood and removing blood toxin method in treating chronic severe hepatitis B may be safe and effective, close monitoring for laboratory indicators may help the diagnosis and treatment of severe hepatitis B. |
