| 根据已故河南中医学院著名耳鼻喉专家蔡福养教授临床经验，认为脏腑功能失调、或虚损而衰、元阳不足、窍失温养、寒从内生，则诸窍司属失灵而为耳鼻喉常见疾病。据此提出耳鼻喉疾病“非独火热论”，并通过温肾健脾法治疗慢性脓耳、温补肺脾肾治疗鼻鼽、温中健脾治疗慢性口疮、温补脾肾治疗慢性耳鸣等4则验案，总结出“阴盛阳病”“阳虚致寒”需用温法的经验之谈，值得参考借鉴。 |

| In this paper, according to the clinical experience of professor Cai Fuyang, a famous ENT physician of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is summarized that viscera dysfunction, deficient or failure, primordial yang deficiency, deficiency in warming and nourishing orifices and endogenous cold may lead to dysfunction in orifices and these are the common causes of ENT diseases. As ENT diseases are non-exclusive fiery, “yang dysfunction due to yin exuberance” and “coldness caused by yang deficiency” are summarized by the analysis of four cases, namely treating chronic purulent ear by warming kidney and invigorating spleen, treating allergic rhinitis by warming lung spleen and kidney, treating chronic aphtha by warming the middle energizer, and treating tinnitus by warming spleen and kidney. The summary of experience of Prof. Cai Fuyang is worthy of reference and guidance. |
