| 清代御医黄元御提出“土枢四象，一气周流”的独特医学思想，但其思想少有用于指导针灸临床治疗。文章试从黄氏学说与针灸经典的关联性，及其对针灸临床调气和取穴治疗的指导性入手，论述黄氏思想在针灸临床的运用。研究表明，黄元御思想在针灸中的运用，开拓了针灸治疗思路，完善了针灸治疗方法，甚至还可能开辟一套新的针灸治疗模式，其应用前景十分广阔。 |

| The academic thought of the physician in Qing Dynasty-Huang Yuanyu, is unique in history, but his thought is seldom used to guide acupuncture practice. This article clarified the relevance of Huang’s theory with acupuncture classics,as well as its guidance to the regulating qi and choosing acupoints in acupuncture clinical practice, so as to discuss his thought in acupuncture clinical application. Studies show that the application of Huang Yuanyu’s thought in acupuncture is prospective. It has improved the acupuncture treatment methods,and it may even have established a new mode of acupuncture treatment. Huang’s theory has promising prospect in clinical practice. |
