目的：探讨传统方剂联合针刺对于肝火上扰型耳鸣的治疗作用。方法：将80例肝火上扰型耳鸣患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组40例，对照组给予传统中药方剂疗法，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合针刺耳根穴、耳门、听官、听会、翳风、合谷，1个疗程后对比2组疗效。结果：2组患者治疗后耳鸣频率仍以中低频为主，治疗组较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)；耳鸣程度均显著好转(P<0.05)，说明2组治疗均有明显疗效；且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组抑郁量表评分较对照组有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组总有效率91.9%，优于对照组的78.9%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针药结合对肝火上扰导致的耳鸣具有治疗作用，并且能显著改善耳鸣对患者情绪的影响，值得临床推广应用。

English Summary:

To explore the effect of traditional prescriptions combined with acupuncture for the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus. Methods:Eighty patients with tinnitus of live-fire flaring-up pattern were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, while patients in the treatment group additionally received acupuncture at Shang er gen (R1), Xia er gen (R3), Er men (SJ21), Ting gong (SI19), Ting hui (GB2), Yi feng (SJ17) and He gu (LI4). Curative effects after one course treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The ringing frequency of the two groups after treatment was still mainly in low, but that of the treatment group reduced significantly than that of the control group (P<0.05). The degree of tinnitus of both groups was significantly improved (P<0.05), and the treatment group had more obvious curative effect (P<0.05). There was significant difference in depression scale scores between the two groups (P<0.05). The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 91.9%, which was better than that of the control group (78.9%) with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on tinnitus of live-fire flaring-up pattern may receive good therapeutic effect and significantly improve patients depression and irritation from tinnitus, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
