| 缺血性脑卒中以其高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率逐渐成为继恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病之后威胁人类生命安全的3大疾病之一。《医参》云:脑髓纯者灵,杂者钝,而“杂”者以瘀血作祟为多。因此血瘀是缺血性脑卒中的主要发病机制,故“活血化瘀”应是贯穿缺血性脑卒中治疗的主线,但活血化瘀之品性多破泄,祛瘀之势过猛易耗气伤阴,因此对缺血性脑卒中进行分期论治是治疗的原则,使散中有收,消中有补,养破兼顾,可逐瘀而不伤正。 |

| Ischemic stroke, as a disease with high incidence rate, high disability rate and high mortality rate, gradually becomes one of the top three diseases threatening human life after malignant tumor, cardiovascular disease. “Yi-can” (one of the Chinese medicine book) said that, the pure brain miscellaneous can result in acute sensation but the turbid result in blunt sprite, the “miscellaneous” are mostly haunted with blood stasis. Therefore, the blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of ischemic stroke, so the “promoting blood circulation to remove blood-stasis” method should be the backbone of the ischemic stroke therapy, but most of “promoting blood circulation to remove blood-stasis” method with the character of breaking and discharging. Dispelling stasis too much can result in consumption of qi and impairment of yin, therefore in the ischemic stroke, differentiation of different treatment stages is the therapeutic principle. And the course of dispersion and astringent, discharge and reinforcement should be performed at the same time so as to nourish and break altogether, remove blood-stasis and does not hurt the healthy qi. |
