| 文章主要探讨湖湘欧阳氏杂病临症思维形成发展之源流。湖湘欧阳氏杂病流派创始人提出寒温并重，对比思辨，开流派临症思维之肇端，第一代传承人构建了以主症辨证三法；三型二十一纲，互为纲目辨证纲领；由症入手，病证纵横结合的症证病三联诊疗体系。第二代传人则致力于各自临床或方法学领域，提出疑难杂病临床辨治和临床科研的具体原则、思路和方法，从不同角度完善和发展了湖湘欧阳氏杂病流派临床思维。 |

| To explore the origin and development of Hunan Ouyang’s clinical thinking on Miscellaneous Diseases.The founder of Hunan Ouyang’s miscellaneous diseases genres emphasized on both cold and warm syndromes and used comparative analysis.The first generation of its successors developed a triple therapy of diagnosis and treatment by combining disease,syndrome and symptom together on the basis of clarifying main symptoms with three procedures,differentiation with three types and twenty-one sub-types symptoms and treatment from symptoms.The second generation completed and carried forward the clinical thinking of Ouyang genre by taking effort in clinics and methodology field and proposed principles,thinking pattern and methods in clinical scientific research. |
