| 目的:研究扶正抑瘤方配合心理干预对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:将符合入组条件的乳腺癌患者分随机为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以扶正抑瘤方+心理干预,对照组仅予以扶正抑瘤方治疗,观察治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月患者抑郁、焦虑量评分的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组SDS、SAS评分呈下降趋势,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(F=4.124,P=0.045;F=4.288,P=0.041),在治疗3个月、治疗6个月2个不同的时间点,组间比较有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(F=5.321,P=0.023;F=16.859,P<0.001;F=4.320,P=0.040;F=16.610,P<0.001)。结论:扶正抑瘤方配合心理干预可改善患者的抑郁、焦虑状态。 |

| To study the efficacy of Fuzheng Yiliu Formula and psychological intervention on the living quality of patients with advanced breast cancer. Methods:The patients who met the inclusive criteria were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group were given Fuzheng Yiliu Formula and psychological intervention, and the control group were only treated with Fuzheng Yiliu Formula. The emotion such as depression and anxiety was measured at baseline after three and six months’ treatment. Result: SDS and SAS of the both groups dropped after the treatment. There were significant differences compared with the scores of the patients before the treatment (F=4.124, P=0.045; F=4.288, P=0.041), and there were also significant differences in the score of emotion between the treatment group and the control group at three months and six month (F=5. 321, P=0.023; F=16.859, P<0. 001；F=4.320, P=0.040; F=16.610, P<0. 001). Conclusion:Fuzheng Yiliu Formula and psychological intervention can effectively relieve the depression and anxiety of the patients. |
