| 目的:观察电针配合膏方及刮痧3种方法联合治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将72例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组(电针加膏方与刮痧法)和对照组各36例。治疗组采用电针配合膏方及刮痧3种方法联合治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟西丁胶囊口服治疗,共治疗8周。结果:治疗组近期及远期疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且2组治疗前后HAMD、SDS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而且2组之间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医三联疗法治疗抑郁症近期和远期疗效显著,未发现不良反应。 |

| To observe the curative effect of electric acupuncture combined with herbal paste and Guasha in the treatment of depression.Methods:Seventy two depression patients were randomized into treatment group and control group with 36 in each.The treatment group was treated by triple therapy:electric acupuncture,herbal paste and Guasha.The control group was treated by Fluoxetine.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks.Results:The short and long-term effects of treatment group are both obviously superior to those of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Besides,the differences in HAMD and SDS before and after treatment between the two groups also have statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Chinese medicine triple therapy can achieve significant effects in both short term and long term with no adverse reaction. |
