| 目的:探讨扶正防哮方对支气管哮喘缓解期患者的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析法,选取2013年7月至2015年2月期间在我院治疗的80例支气管哮喘缓解期患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用吸入舒利迭50/250(葛兰素史克公司,国药准字H20140164)1吸/次,2次/d治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上予扶正防哮方治疗。观察2组肺功能改善情况、治疗有效率、复发率,并对2组临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组与对照组医治的总有效率为(94.87%比79.49%,χ2=4.114,P=0.043)。治疗后2组患者的pH和PaO2值都高于治疗前,而PaCO2值却较治疗前低,但上述指标治疗组改善的更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者FEV1、FVC以及FEV1/FVC都高于治疗前,但治疗组改善的更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的症状、体征均较对照组明显消失早(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为2.5%;对照组复发率为25.0%。治疗后复发率观察组明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:扶正防哮方应用于支气管哮喘缓解期具有较好的治疗效果,能够有效改善患者肺功能,提高临床疗效,降低复发率,值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| To examine the curative effect of Fuzheng Fangxiao Formula in treating Bronchial Asthma in catabatic period.Methods:Eighty patients with Bronchial Asthma in catabatic period were selected from our hospital( July 2013 to February 2015),then randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated by suction nimesulide overlapping (glaxosmithkline,H20140164) 50/250/1 time,2 times/d treatment.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated by Fuzheng Fangxiao formula.Lung function,effective rate,recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is 95.00% vs 80.00%,χ2=4.129,P=0.042).After treatment,the PaO2 and PH values of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while the PaCO2 value was lower than before treatment,but the improvement of the above indexes was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Also,FEV1/FVC,FVC and FEV1 were higher in the two groups after treatment than before treatment,treatment group was much significantly improved than the control group (P<0.05).Besides,after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the treatment group disappeared earlier than the control group (P<0.05).In addition,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.5% and that of the control group is 25.0% (P<0.01).Conclusion:Fuzheng Fangxiao Formula has significant effect in treating Bronchial Asthma in catabaric period.It can effectively improve the patients’ pulmonary function and clinical curative effect as well as reduce recurrence rate,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic. |
