目的：继承燕赵高氏针灸学术思想，观察调督安神针法治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：76例心脾两虚失眠患者按随机数字表法随机分为2组，治疗组38例，对照组36例（2例脱落）。在口服归脾汤基础上，治疗组予调督安神针法针刺，对照组予普通针刺法，2组均治疗4周。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，PSQI）评价睡眠质量，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数减分率进行疗效评定。结果：2组治疗后在疗效上比较无统计学意义（P>0.05），但治疗组治疗后PSQI减分率明显优于对照组（P<0.05），治疗组治疗后PSQI睡眠质量、入睡时间和睡眠障碍方面的改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：调督安神针法结合归脾汤治疗心脾两虚失眠疗效确切，且不同腧穴组方和下针顺序可能是影响临床疗效的因素之一。

English Summary:

Inherit the academic thought of Yanzhao Gao Shi on acupuncture，and to observe the clinical effect of Tiaodu-anshen acupuncture combined with Guipi decoction on the treatment of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency type.Methods:Seventy-six insomnia patients with heart-spleen deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups，38 cases in treatment group，36 cases in control group（2 cases fell off).On the basis of oral Guipi decoction，patients in treatment group were treated by Tiaodu-anshen acupuncture while patients in control group were treated by common acupuncture.The treatment course was four weeks.The sleep quality was evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI)，the curative effect was evaluated by the score-reducing rate of PSQI.Results:There was no significant difference on curative effect between two groups（P>0.05),but the score-reducing rate of PSQI in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P<0.05).The improvements of sleep quality，fall asleep time and sleep disorders after treatment in treatment group was superior to those in control group（P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of Tiaodu-anshen acupuncture and Guipi decoction on the treatment of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency type has exact effect，and different acupuncture prescription and acupuncture sequence were the influence factors on curative effect.
