| 中医药防治骨质疏松症机理的研究已成为近年来研究的一个热点，我们通过检索近几年国内外中医药治疗骨质疏松症的相关文献，来探讨中医药治疗骨质疏松症的作用机制。通过中医理论与现代医学研究方法的结合，表明中医药通过补肾益髓、健脾益胃、疏肝解郁、活血化瘀等治法可影响骨细胞增殖与凋亡，调控相关信号通路，调节体内激素水平，改善骨结构从而达到治疗骨质疏松症的目的，为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供了依据。 |

| The research on the mechanism of preventing and treating osteoporosis has become a widely discussed topic in recent years.We searched relevant literatures in recent years at home and abroad in term of Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis,so as to explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis.Combining the theory of Chinese medicine and modern medicine research methods,we founded that the methods of promoting kidney and tonifying bone,invigorating the spleen and stomach,coursing liver qi and resolving depression,activating blood and removing blood stasis based on Chinese medicine can influence bone cell proliferation and apoptosis,regulate signal pathway and body hormone levels,improve bone structure so as to achieve the purpose of treating osteoporosis,which provided evidence for the Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. |
