| 目的:探讨益气化瘀汤联合功能锻炼治疗腰椎退行性疾病术后残留腰腿痛的效果。方法:将本院2012年12月至2014年12月诊治的腰椎退行性疾病术后残留腰腿痛患者134例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组67例行功能锻炼治疗,观察组67例行益气化瘀汤联合功能锻炼治疗,于治疗前后行VAS评分、ODI评分、JOA评分、SF-36评分、ADL评分。结果:随时间延长,2组VAS评分、ODI评分降低(P<0.05),2组JOA评分、SF-36评分、ADL评分增加(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1周、2周、3周时VAS评分、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗1周、2周、3周时JOA评分、SF-36评分、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀汤联合功能锻炼治疗腰椎退行性疾病术后残留腰腿痛的疗效显著,可减轻疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高生活质量。 |

| To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with functional exercise in treating postoperative residual pain after lumbar degenerative disease. Methods: A total of 134 patients with postoperative residual pain after lumbar degenerative disease admitted in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected, then divided into two groups by random digital table method. Sixty-seven patients treated with functional exercise as control group, and the other 67 patients treated with Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with functional exercise as observation group. VAS score, ODI score, JOA score, SF-36 score, ADL score were recorded before and after treatment. Results: With the extension of time, VAS score ,ODI score decreased in two groups (P<0.05), while JOA score, SF-36 score, ADL score increased in two groups (P<0.05). After treated for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, VAS score ,ODI score in observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), while JOA score, SF-36 score, ADL score in observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with functional exercise has significant effect on relieving postoperative residual pain after lumbar degenerative disease. Besides, it can improve lumbar function and patient′s quality of life. |
