| 血府逐瘀汤始载于清代王清任《医林改错》一书中，具有调气活血功效，是临床祛瘀的常用方剂，现被广泛地应用于临床各科。高思华教授运用血府逐瘀汤治疗黄褐斑、失眠、抑郁症、闭经的4则医案充分体现其临证用方谨守病机，随证施治的诊疗特色。 |

| Blood House Stasis-Expelling Decoction was firstly recorded on Corrections on the Errors of Medical Works written by Wang Qingren in Qing Dynasty. With the effect of regulating qi and activating blood, it is commonly used in clinical practice to dispelling stasis. Professor Gao Sihua prescribed it for chloasma, insomnia, depression and amenorrhea patients, which shows his pathogenesis and syndrome based treatment characteristic. |
