| 目的:观察二甲双胍与参芪注射液联合应用对于糖尿病性心脏病的临床疗效,以期为临床治疗提供理论支持。方法:将我院于2014年3月至2014年9月间收治的80例糖尿病性心脏病患者作为研究对象,并随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者给予二甲双胍与参芪注射液联合治疗,对照组患者仅给予二甲双胍。治疗21 d后,比较2组患者的临床疗效、心电图、心动超声和左室肥厚等指标。结果:经治疗后,实验组患者的临床总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);同时2组患者治疗后血糖、左室高电压以及LVH指标均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);并且实验组治疗后各个指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合参芪注射液在治疗糖尿病性心脏病方面临床疗效显著,在降低血糖的同时改善患者的心功能,值得进行临床推广应用。 |

| To explore The clinical study of Metformin combineded with Shenqi Injection in diabetic heart disease,in order to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 80 cases of diabetic heart disease from 2014 March to 2014 September in our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group wast treated by Metformin,while The patients in experimental group were treatmented by Metformin combineded with Shenqi Injection.After the treatment，Clinical curative effect,ECG,Beckoning echocardiography and left ventricular hypertrophy were compared.Results:After the treatment，the clinical curative effect of experiment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),while the blood glucose,left ventricular high voltage and LVH index were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05);and all indicators of experiment group are better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Metformin combined with Shenqi Injection in diabetic heart disease is remarkable,and reduce the blood glucose,while improve heart function of patients，it is worthy of clinical popularization. |
