| 目的:运用活血化瘀法治疗类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA),通过治疗前后相关临床实验室指标对比分析,观察活血化瘀法在控制疾病活动性同时,对于RA脂质紊乱的干预作用。方法:选择类风湿关节炎患者34例。给予活血化瘀协定方,临床随证加减应用。分别监测治疗前、治疗后4周、8周血脂相关指标及疾病活动性指标。观察治疗前后,相关指标变化情况。结果:经活血化瘀法治疗4周后,患者RA疾病活动相关指标均有所下降;患者TC、LDL-C指标降低、ApoA1指标升高;且差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗8周后,患者RA疾病活动相关指标均有所下降(P<0.05);患者TC、LDL-C指标降低、ApoA1指标升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀法可以明显改善RA患者病情,控制疾病活动性;还可干预RA患者血脂代谢紊乱,预防其动脉粥样硬化的发生,减少RA患者心脑血管疾病发生。 |

| Using the method of activating blood circulation and removing stasis in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, analyze the clinical laboratory indexes before and after treatment to observe the therapeutic effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method on controlling disease activity and its intervention of RA lipid disorders.Methods:Thirty-four cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis method, monitoring the blood lipid related indicators and disease activity index in the 4 week, 8 weeks of treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, patients with RA disease activity related indicators have declined: TC, LDL-C index decreased, ApoA1 index increased, and all with statistical significance(P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, RA disease activity related indicators have declined: TC, LDL-C index decreased, ApoA1 index increased; and all had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can control the disease activity of RA patients, and it can also interfere with the disorder of lipid metabolism in patients with RA, prevent the occurrence of atherosclerosis and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in patients with RA. |
