| 目的:观察针刀疗法联合臭氧治疗枕大神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用完全随机抽样法将研究病例分实验组38例,实验组采取针刀结合臭氧治疗;对照组34例,采用传统电针治疗。并运用“视觉模拟量表(VAS)”及“颈椎病颈椎功能评定表”进行干预前后的疗效观察,并进行比较。结果:针刀组:治愈12例,显效19例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率为97.4%。对照组:治愈6例,显效12例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率为85.3%。经治疗后2组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均较治疗前有所降低,但治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(97.4%)明显高于对照组(85.3%)(P<0.05)。结论:针刀联合臭氧治疗枕大神经卡压综合征安全有效,症状缓解时间短,临床治愈率优于电针治疗,其治疗方法较简单且并发症少,治疗费用低，有推广价值。 |

| To observe the clinical effects of acupotomy combined with ozone treatment of occipital nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods:Seventy-two patients with occipital nerve compress syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 38 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.The treatment group was intervened by acupotomy combined with ozone，while the control group was intervened by electro-acupuncture.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and function evaluation of cervical spondylosis was used for the observation before and after intervention，and the efficacies were compared.Results:Twelve cases in the treatment group were cured，19 cases markedly effective，6 cases effective and 1 case invalid and the total efficiency was 97.4%.Six cases in the control group cured，12 cases markedly effective，11 cases effective，5 cases invalid and the total efficiency was 85.3%.After the treatment，VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before and the treatment group decreased more significantly.The differences showed statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group(97.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.3%)，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupotomy combined with ozone treatment for occipital nerve compressive syndrome is safe and effective，pain-relief time is short，and the clinical curative rate is better than that of electro-acupuncture treatment.This method is simple and has less complications and low treatment cost，which is worthy of clinical application. |
