| 目的：对云南、贵州、甘肃产的珠子参药材进行鉴别和含量测定。方法：应用性状、显微及薄层色谱方法对不同产地珠子参药材进行鉴别，显微鉴别方面采用石蜡切片及粉末临时制片进行显微特征观察；采用高效液相色谱法测定了药材中竹节参皂苷Ⅳa的含量。结果：不同产地珠子参药材形状、颜色和晶体数量等特征具有一定差异，云南、贵州和甘肃产3个批次药材的含量分别为5.55%、1.98%和1.96%。结论：3个产地的珠子参药材的性状、显微特征及竹节参皂苷Ⅳa的含量差异较大，其中以云南产药材的质量较好。 |

| To provide macroscopic and microscopic identification basis for the Largeleaf Japanese Ginseng Rhizomes in the main producing areas such as Yunnan,Guizhou and Gansu and determine some contents in them.Methods:Macroscopic and microscopic observation and TLC were used to authenticate the crude drugs,the content of chikusetsusaponin IVa in the materials were determined with HPLC.Results:The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of the three batches of Largeleaf Japanese Ginseng Rhizome were different in shapes colors of surface,and numbers of the crystals.And the contents of chikusetsusaponin IVa were 5.55%(Yunnan),1.98%(Guizhou) and 1.96%(Gansu) respectively.Conclusion:The Largeleaf Japanese Ginseng Rhizomes from three producing areas showed different characteristics in macroscopic and microscopic identification,and the content of chikusetsusaponin IVa in the sample from Yunnan province is higher than the others. |
