丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(Mitogen-activated Protein Kinases,MAPKs)通路是广泛存在于哺乳细胞中的重要信号转导通路。其通路功能与细胞的增值、分化、转化及凋亡密切相关。阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)是一种起病隐匿、进行性发展的神经系统退行性疾病。其主要病理表现在于Aβ淀粉样蛋白沉积,老年斑形成以致的神经元损伤及死亡。故从MAPKs通路的角度对AD病理机制及治疗的基础研究已成为现代医学研究的一大热门。现对MAPKs通路与AD的现代医学研究简要综述。 |
English Summary: |
MAPKs pathways are important signal transduction pathways, which widely exist in mammalian cells. Its function is closely related to cell proliferation, differentiation, transformation and apoptosis. Alzheimer’s disease is a kind of nervous system degenerative disease, occult onset, progressive development. The major pathological manifestations are A beta amyloid, age spots formation caused neuron damage and death. So the basic researches of AD pathology mechanism and treatment from the angle of MAPKs pathway have become a hot modern medical research topic. This passage reviewed the researches of MAPKs pathways and AD pathology. |
