MAPKs pathways are important signal transduction pathways, which widely exist in mammalian cells. Its function is closely related to cell proliferation, differentiation, transformation and apoptosis. Alzheimer’s disease is a kind of nervous system degenerative disease, occult onset, progressive development. The major pathological manifestations are A beta amyloid, age spots formation caused neuron damage and death. So the basic researches of AD pathology mechanism and treatment from the angle of MAPKs pathway have become a hot modern medical research topic.
