目的:探讨芪归银方对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染大鼠血清IL-1β水平的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、西药对照组、芪归银方组、中西医结合组5组,运用ELISA检测采用不同干预方法的各组大鼠血清IL-1β水平,比较各组之间的差异。结果:模型组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在各时间点均较空白组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);西药对照组、芪归银方组、中西医结合组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在3 h、8 h、24 h较空白组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);西药对照组、芪归银方组、中西医结合组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在72 h、5 d较空白组无统计学意义(P>0.05);西药对照组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在72 h、5 d较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);扶正透邪方组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在24 h较模型组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在5 d较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中西医结合组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在24 h较模型组升高,在72 h、5 d较模型组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与抗生素相比,芪归银方能够在炎性反应早期增强促炎递质的释放,二者联用则作用更明显,有利于积极清除细菌及毒素,并随着时间的推移,使促炎递质的释放迅速下降,维持正常炎性反应水平以免太长的过激炎性反应不利于损伤的修复,充分体现了“阴平阳秘”“以平为期”的中医理论。 |

To explore the impact of qiguiyin decoction on IL-1β in serum of multi-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection rats.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, western medicine control group, qiguiyin decoction group, and integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine group. Level of IL-1β in rats was detected by ELISA, and then the differences between groups were compared.Results:The level of IL-1β in model group was significantly higher than that of blank group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). The levels of IL-1β in western medicine control group, qiguiyin decoction group, and integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine group at 3 h、8 h、24 h were significantly higher than those of blank group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The levels of IL-1β in western medicine control group, qiguiyin decoction group, and integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine group at 72 h、5 d showed no statistically significant difference when comparing with those of blank group(P>0.05). The levels of IL-1β in control group at 72 h、5 d were lower than model group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The level of IL-1β in qiguiyin decoction group at 24 h was significantly higher than that of model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of IL-1β in qiguiyin decoction group at 5 d was lower than that of model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The level of IL-1β in integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine group at 24 h was significantly higher than model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The level of IL-1β in integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine group at 72 h、5 d were lower than model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with antibiotics ,qiguiyin decoction increased the release of pro-inflammatory medium in early inflammatory response. The efficacy of antibiotics combined with qiguiyin decoction was more obvious, which removed bacteria and toxins while the release of pro-inflammatory medium dropping rapidly over time to keep normal inflammatory response level for repairing damage. And it indicated Chinese medicine theories, yin and yang in equilibrium, to achieve balance. |
