| 目的：观察传统中医联合西医对小儿热性惊厥的临床干预疗效。方法:采用随机方法，对2013年1月至2015年1月我院收治的224例小儿热性惊厥患者随机分为2组，对照组和治疗组，每组112例。对照组给予西医治疗，治疗组给予中西医结合治疗。比较2组间完全退热时间、神志恢复时间、止惊时间、外周血白细胞计数、复发率和临床总有效率。结果:治疗组患儿的完全退热时间、神志恢复时间、止惊时间、外周血白细胞计数、复发率显著优于对照组。治疗组总有效率98.21%，对照组为90.18%，2组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿热性惊厥的疗效显著，值得临床推广。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional chinese medicine with western medicine on treating febrile convulsion in children. Methods:From January 2013 to January 2015, a total of 224 patients of children with febrile convulsion were randomly divided into two groups, control group and treatment group, each of 112 cases. The control group was given western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The fever clearance time,the consciousness resume time,the controlling time for convulsion,peripheral blood white blood cell count, recurrence rate and total clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The results of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.21%, the control group 90.18, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The curative effect of Integrated Traditional chinese medicine and western medicine of children with febrile convulsion was distinct, worthy to be promoted in clinic. |
