| 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者疗效及其安全性评价。方法：选自2014年6月至2015年6月期间我院收治的排卵障碍性不孕症患者86例，依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组43例与治疗组43例。对照组于月经周期第5天给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊，连用5 d；治疗组在对照组基础上结合中药汤剂治疗，于月经第5天开始服用，每周期连续服用14 d；2组患者均以3个月经周期为1个疗程，连续观察2个疗程。比较2组患者疗效、血清性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、排卵情况和妊娠情况及不良反应情况。结果：治疗组总有效率（81.40%）高于对照组（60.47%）（P<0.05）；2组血清LH、FSH治疗后明显下降，E2、P治疗后明显增加（P<0.05）；治疗组血清LH、FSH治疗后低于对照组，E2、P治疗后高于对照组（P<0.05）；2组子宫内膜厚度治疗后明显增加（P<0.05）；治疗组子宫内膜厚度治疗后高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组排卵率和妊娠率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；2组均未见严重用药不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者疗效显著，安全可靠，值得研究。 |

| To evaluate the efficacy and safety of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation failure.Methods:During June 2014 to June 2015,total 86 cases of patients with ovulation disorder infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into control group 43 cases and treatment group 43 cases,according to the random number table method.The effects of two groups of patients,serum sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,ovulation,strong and pregnancy and adverse reactions were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group (81.40%) was higher than that in the control group (60.47%) (P<0.05); The serum levels of LH and FSH decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups,and E2 and P increased significantly after treatment (P<0.05); Treatment group of serum LH,FSH after treatment was lower than the control group,E2,P after treatment was higher than the control group (P<0.05); After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups increased significantly (P<0.05); After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); No serious adverse drug reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect in the treatment of ovulation failure infertility,which is safe and reliable,and worthy of study. |
