| 目的：采用Meta分析的方法，评价华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase、VIP、WanFang Data、CBM和CNKI数据库，检索时限为从建库至2015年10月，收集华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的临床试验。由两位研究者按照纳入与排除标准，独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和评价纳入研究的方法学质量，采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析，并对发表偏倚进行检验。结果：共纳入19项研究，1 481例肝癌患者。Meta分析结果显示：华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌，可以提高近期疗效和远期疗效，改善生活质量，部分减少不良反应。结论：华蟾素联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌优于单纯TACE治疗。 |

| To assess the efficacy and safety of cinobufacini combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) on patients with primary liver cancer by Meta-analysis. Methods: Databases, such as PubMed, The Cochrane Library, EMbase, VIP, WanFang Data, CBM and CNKI from to October, 2015 were searched for clinical trials on cinobufacini combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for primary liver cancer. Two reviewers independently screened literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, and assessed methodological quality. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.2. Results: Nineteen trials were included with a total of 1 481 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that the treatment group was superior to the TACE group in terms of short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy, improving the quality of life and causing less adverse reaction partly. Conclusion: Cinobufacini combined with TACE are comparatively more efficient and safer for primary liver cancer. |
