| 目的：探讨针灸联合加味逍遥汤对抑郁症患者同型半胱氨酸（Homocysteine，Hcy）、5-羟色胺（5-hydroxytryptaminergic，5-HT）、细胞因子及疗效影响。方法：选自我院2015年5月至2015年10月收治的97例抑郁症患者，按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组49例与对照组48例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗，治疗组采用针灸联合加味逍遥汤治疗。2组疗程均为2个月。比较2组治疗疗效，治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression，HAMD）各因子评分、Hcy、5-HT、肿瘤坏死因子α（Tumor necrosis Factor-α，TNF-α）、白介素-6(Interleukin 6，IL-6）水平变化，及用药不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率（9388%）高于对照组（7083%）（P<005）；2组治疗后认知障碍、睡眠障碍、精神性焦虑、躯体性焦虑评分减少（P<005）；治疗组治疗后认知障碍、睡眠障碍、精神性焦虑、躯体性焦虑评分低于对照组（P<005）；观察2组治疗后血清Hcy水平显著下降，5-HT水平显著上升（P<005）；治疗组治疗后血清Hcy水平显著低于对照组，5-HT显著高于对照组（P<005）。2组治疗后血浆TNF-α、IL-6水平显著下降（P<005）；治疗组治疗后血浆TNF-α、IL-6水平显著低于对照组（P<005）；治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<005）。结论：针灸联合加味逍遥汤治疗抑郁症患者疗效显著，可降低Hcy水平，增加5-HT，降低TNF-α、IL-6水平，且安全可靠，故而值得研究。 |

| To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with Supplemented Peripatetic Decoction on homocysteine (Hcy), 5-hydroxytryptaminergic(5-HT), cell factor and therapeutic effect on patients with depression. Methods: Total 97 patients with depression were selected in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (48 cases). The control group was treated with Pa Rossi Dean therapy, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Supplemented Peripatetic Decoction. The treatment lasted for 2 months. The therapeutic effect, Hamilton Depression table (HAMD) each factor score, Hcy, 5-HT, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin 6 (IL-6), and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (93.88%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.83%) (P<005); Cognitive impairment, sleep disorder, mental anxiety and somatic anxiety dropped significantly in two groups after treatment (P<005); The scores of cognitive impairment, sleep disorder, mental anxiety and somatic anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<005); The serum level of Hcy dropped significantly after treatment in two groups, and the 5-HT level increased significantly (P<005); After treatment, the serum Hcy level of the observation group became significantly lower than that of the control group, 5-HT was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<005); After treatment, the plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6 decreased significantly in the two groups (P<005); After treatment, the levels of plasma TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<005); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<005). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Supplemented Peripatetic Decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment of depression patients. It can reduce the level of Hcy, increase 5-HT, reduce TNF-α, IL-6 level, with safe and reliable results, which is worth studying. |
