目的:对五味子花中的脂溶性成分进行分析。方法:采用索氏提取法对脂溶性成分进行了提取,结合GC/MS法对五味子花中脂溶性成分进行分析。结果:共鉴定出11种成分,五味子花中的活性成分维生素E含量为1066%。结论:从五味子花中得出的角鲨烯为首次从五味子花中获取的活性成分,经分析五味子的花和果实含有相似的脂溶性成分。 |

To study the fat-soluble components of the Schisandra sphenanthera flower.Methods:Fat-soluble components of the Schisandra sphenanthera flower were extracted by Soxhlet extraction and were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:The eleven compounds were identified and the determination the content of vitamin E with the yields was 1066%.Conclusion:The squalene was reported for the first time,and there are same fat-soluble components in fructus schisandrae flower and fruit. |
